Northwest Success isn’t your average janitorial company. We’re an Oregon Forward Contractor (OFC), previously known as a Qualified Rehabilitation Facility or QRF, meaning we are a non-profit organization that employs individuals with qualifying disabilities to provide services to public agencies. We relish the opportunity to truly get to know our employees, match them with a position that fits their strengths, and provide them with a training program that prepares them for the variety of situations they may face on the job.
People with disabilities face unemployment rates nearly twice that of people without disabilities, and many barriers stand in their way to entering and staying in the workforce. By providing steady employment on government contracts, Northwest Success sets our employees up for success both with us and wherever their careers may take them.
How are we different?
Experience
You won’t find a leadership team with more extensive experience in the commercial janitorial industry through the Oregon Forward (previously known as QRF) program.

Our commitment to employees
At Northwest Success, employees are at the heart of our organization. Hourly pay starts at $18 for janitorial workers. We offer medical/dental/vision plus paid time off and paid holidays after a probationary period.
We screen all of our employees and offer a documented training program through Rise. Employees also have access to our Employee Website.
